September 20 2009: Italian EFT practitioner Anitia Colucci is publishing her new book, Give Voice to Your Feelings, at the end of September.

Anita believes her book, subtitled ‘Express Your Stress and Overcome it’, can help us to dig deeper into our thoughts, sensations and emotions, which are often confused and aching, and give voice to them.

“Giving voice is necessary, listening to ourselves is essential,” she says. “And so is removing our inner garbage and going beyond in order to live a better life.

“However, sometimes EFT practitioners find themselves in front of clients who have difficulties in expressing complex feelings verbally, such as anger, grief or love.

“Those who know and apply EFT will be supported in the search for the right words to say in a session.

“Those who know nothing about EFT can also benefit from my book, so it makes an excellent gift for those who want support to express themselves.”

Anita has dedicated her book to EFT master Karl Dawson, creator of Matrix Reimprinting.

“Karl radically changed my life, teaching me both EFT and his Matrix Reimprinting technque,” she says.

“I owe him much more than my words can ever express.”

Anita says her book will be available from online publishing company Lulu.com from the end of September.
